I wish to join the 2nd Travelogue The Holiday Travel Sale on December 15, 16 and 17, 2017.

  • Exhibitors who DO NOT complete their 1st up to the 3rd booth location choices WILL NOT have their application acted upon by the Event Manager. Only DULY COMPLETED reservation forms will be accepted by the Event Manager.

Registration Info



    1. Includes: Carpet, partition walls, fascia name, fluorescent lightings, 1 info table, 2 chairs, 500 watts power outlet and guide map entry
    1. All rates are subject to 12% VAT.
    2. Booth allocations are on a “first come, first serve” basis. There are only limited booths available.
    3. A non-refundable reservation fee of Php 10,000.00 shall be made one week after signing of the priority contract form. This amount will be deducted from the total bill.
    4. Payment of fifty percent (50%) must be made sixty (60) days before the event date.
    5. Full payment must be paid thirty (30) days before the event date.
    6. All check payments must be payable to “MYEVENTOLOGY CO.”
    7. By affixing your signature to this Priority Contract Form (PCF), you confirm to understand and agree to the booth booking procedures as well as all existing and additional exhibit rules and regulations issued by the Organizer/Event Manager at anytime they consider necessary for the orderly operation of the exhibition. You also agree that all interpretation of these rules and regulations by the Organizer/Event Manager shall be final and affirm your booth preferences indicated in the PCF.
