SELLER PRIORITY CONTRACT FORM

I wish to join the Cebu Travel Exchange on July 12, 2017.

  • Exhibitors who DO NOT complete their priority contract form WILL NOT have their application acted upon by the Event Manager. Only DULY COMPLETED reservation forms will be accepted by the Event Manager.
 

Important

    1. Additional person - Pph 1,500.00
    2. Maximum of 2 persons / table
    1. IBM tables and 3 chairs
    2. Meals
    1. All rates are subject to 12% VAT.
    2. Reservations are on a “first come, first serve” basis. There are only limited slots available.
    3. A non-refundable reservation fee of Php 2,000.00 shall be made one week after signing of the priority contract form. This amount will be deducted from the total bill.
    4. Full payment must be paid thirty (30) days before the event date.
    5. All check payments must be payable to “MYEVENTOLOGY CO.”
    6. By affixing your signature to this Seller Priority Contract Form (SPCF), you confirm to understand and agree to the booth booking procedures as well as all existing and additional exhibit rules and regulations issued by the Organizer/Event Manager at anytime they consider necessary for the orderly operation of the exhibition. You also agree that all interpretation of these rules and regulations by the Organizer/Event Manager shall be final and affirm your booth preferences indicated in the PCF.
